Rahul was born and brought up in India. He has completed his doctoral studies at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad (India) under the supervision of Dr. Nitin T. Patil. Then he moved to Osaka University (Japan) in Prof. Kazushi Mashima’s Lab where he worked on Nickel catalyzed Asymmetric Allylic Alkylation of keto ester. After this he moved to Tohoku University (Japan) under the supervision of Prof. Naoki Asao. In 2019, he joined Syngene International Limited, Hyderabad as a senior research investigator.
