Victoria Steffes, a PhD candidate in the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry, was awarded The National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship. The Granduate Research Fellowship Program "recognizes and supports graduate students who are pursuing research-based master's and doctoral degrees in fields within NSF's mission." Victoria is one of 2,000 (out of 16,500) highly qualified students to receive a fellowship for outstanding achievement in chemistry research. The GRFP will provide financial support for Victoria throughout the 2015-2016 school year.
